WHY EXECUTIVE SEARCH?

There is a big difference between Executive Search and Advertised Recruitment.   There are literally thousands of recruitment firms in Australia but very few search firms.  A search firm will take your brief, conduct research on the sector and then use a range of tools to identify potential candidates who can potentially fill that brief.  These candidates will most likely already be employed, but open to a new opportunity that offers a fresh challenge or an opportunity to develop their career with a quality company.
Recruitment firms typically rely on advertising using SEEK or another platform.  Its a "hit and miss" approach which usually uncovers candidates that are not properly qualified and/or are in the market for valid reasons.
