A search firm will take your brief, conduct research on the sector and then use a range of tools to identify potential candidates who can potentially fill that brief. Recruitment firms typically rely on advertising using SEEK or another platform. Its a "hit and miss" approach which usually uncovers candidates that are not properly qualified and/or are in the market for valid reasons.
